KTEX property management
KTEX will take a very proactive approach towards property maintenance. This will be done
through routine monitoring of all vendor services and tenant operations. Shopping centers or
office buildings are inspected regularly for cleanliness and safety as well as to ensure that
enhanced curb appeal is mantained to strengthen markting efforts. Our experienced staff
conducts periodic inspections of managed properties to ensure compliance with leases. In
addition, the KTEX team implements an annual business operating plan for the asset as well as
handling routine and emergency maintenance and/ or repairs and customized preventative
maintenance programs.
Why KTEX?
KTEX was founded when its President and owner, Karen Waring, found herself at another crossroad in her long established career in real estate. This crossroad gave her a definitive reason to finally step out on her own when she was approached by a former client and discussions began on the idea of a partnership. This led to the founding of KTEX Management, LLC – a boutique property management company where client relationships come first.

KTEX accounting services
KTEX understands the importance of accounting services as part of the management reporting
process. Therefore we have an integrated state-of-the-art information system. We do this by
utilizing MRI as our property management accounting software. KTEX will strive to provide
affordable, long-term business management services and technology solutions thereby limiting
overhead and enhancing technical expertise and bringing that savings to our clients.
